Reconnect Motive

Connected drivers (who counts toward your bill)

Drivers show by their ELD name once they link their ELD profile; until then, by a short reference and the date they joined. Removing a driver takes them off your fleet and off your count from your next monthly bill. It never deletes their record, which belongs to them. You never see a driver's health, readiness, or whether they bought their own plan.

monthly at today's count

You're billed each month for every driver connected to your fleet (everyone who joined with your code), at your plan's price per driver. Marketplace installs get 30 days free. A driver can move himself above your plan by paying the difference; that never changes your bill.

Where the enrolled trucks are

Rough position (two decimals, ~1 km) shared by drivers who opted in. Fleets already hold exact position from the ELD; this view exists so care can be placed on the lane.

Broadcast to the office

OfficeMessage (the Co-Driver reads it aloud at the next stop)

A meeting posts a join link to every driver in the office. Drivers on the move join audio-only with no screen; their camera turns on when they park. Rooms last 90 minutes.

Staff and roles

Partner portal for Fit Step Pro: myroadworthiness.com/fitstep — they sign in there with the fitstep role and see only the order queue.

Admin only. Roles are server-verified claims; a user cannot set their own. New users get created here with a temporary password. They must sign out and in for a role to take effect.

Wallet funding

Loading…

Drivers earn points for showing up (never for a health number); points cash out as Love's, Pilot, Walmart or Visa cards from your Tremendous funding source. To top up: Tremendous dashboard → Funding → add funds by ACH or card. Set WALLET_SPONSOR_NAME in Netlify so drivers see who sponsors them.

Injury reports

Reported from the road with time, rough location and hours driven. Update status as the claim moves; FIRST SHIFT takes it from here.

Course-correct: drivers trending down

Care role only. Trend is a word derived on the driver's device from the last six readings — the fleet never sees this table.

Driver	Office	Trend	Card	Streak

Course-correction goes through the care key, never the fleet key. A fleet user sees aggregates and can broadcast; only care sees a driver's trend, and only reads a record the driver has consented to share.
