About these terms

These Terms & Conditions cover the Doktorconnect Road alerts text message program, run by Josmol Group Inc. under its registered brand Doktorconnect. They apply to texts sent for ROADWORTHY, ROADTRUTH and ROADHOUND. Using each app is also covered by that app's own terms of service.

SMS Terms

• Program name: Doktorconnect Road alerts.
• What we send: account notifications only:
  • ROADWORTHY (myroadworthiness.com): health check-in reminders, reading alerts and family check-in notices for drivers.
  • ROADTRUTH (myroadtruth.com): vehicle maintenance and reliability alerts.
  • ROADHOUND (myroadhound.com): stolen-vehicle recovery alerts.
• How you join: by entering your mobile number and ticking the opt-in box in an app's sign-up form or Settings. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using the apps.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, up to 5 messages a day.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then no more messages. Reply START to join again.
• For help: reply HELP, or contact hello@doktorconnect.com or +1 (915) 478 8807.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Changing your number: if you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or update it in the app.

Not for emergencies

These texts are not monitored in real time and are not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are material, we'll tell you by text or in the app.
