Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Josmol Group Inc., under its registered brand Doktorconnect, handles information for the Doktorconnect Road alerts text message program, which covers ROADWORTHY, ROADTRUTH and ROADHOUND. Each app's full privacy policy covers everything else the app does. For ROADWORTHY, that policy is at myroadworthiness.com/privacy.

What we collect for text alerts

Your mobile phone number.
A record of your consent: the date, the time, which app you signed up in, and the wording you agreed to.
Your replies to our texts, including STOP, START and HELP.
Delivery information from our messaging provider, such as whether each message was delivered.

How we use it

To send the account notifications you asked for.
To honour opt-out and help requests straight away.
To keep a record that you consented, as the law and mobile carriers require.
To fix delivery problems and keep the service secure.

We never use your number for marketing or promotional texts.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our texts (for example, our SMS carrier platform), under contracts that limit them to doing that. We also share it where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your number while you're subscribed. After you opt out, we keep a record of your consent and your opt-out for as long as the law and carrier rules require, and then delete it.

Security

We protect this information with access controls and encryption in transit, and only staff who need it can see it.

Your choices

Reply STOP at any time, or turn texts off in the app's Settings.
