ROADWORTHY

Terms of Use

For drivers · Effective October 10, 2026 · Updated October 14, 2026 · Josmol Group Inc. (DoktorConnect), and in Nigeria Josmol Human Capital Resources Ltd (DoktorConnect)

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1ROADWORTHY is provided by Josmol Group Inc., doing business as DoktorConnect, 4816 N. Mesa St, El Paso, Texas 79912, USA. If you choose Nigeria as your country, ROADWORTHY is provided to you by Josmol Human Capital Resources Ltd (RC 1563656, DoktorConnect), Plot 15 CIPM Avenue, CBD Road, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. In these terms, "we" means whichever of these provides ROADWORTHY to you, and "you" means you, the driver.

1.2By creating an account or using ROADWORTHY, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ROADWORTHY.

1.3You must be at least 18 years old to use ROADWORTHY.

2. What ROADWORTHY is, and what it is not

2.1ROADWORTHY is a health and readiness program for professional drivers. It includes a voice Co-Driver, a Readiness Score, a countdown to your next medical, movement and sleep programs, a journal, family check-ins, Harbor support, connections to other DoktorConnect programs, and video visits with licensed clinicians.

2.2ROADWORTHY is not a doctor. The Co-Driver, the Readiness Score and the other features give general health and safety information and coaching. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Always follow the advice of your own clinician.

2.3ROADWORTHY does not certify you. It is not a DOT medical examination, and it does not decide whether you are medically qualified to drive. In the US, only a certified medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry can do that. In Nigeria, your fleet's medical is done by the company doctor.

2.4ROADWORTHY is not an emergency service. In an emergency, pull over when it is safe and call 911 in the US or 112 in Nigeria.

2.5ROADWORTHY is not your logbook. The duty clock helps you plan breaks. It is not an electronic logging device and does not record your hours of service for any legal purpose.

3. Driving safely with ROADWORTHY

3.1Hands-free only while driving. When ROADWORTHY senses that you are moving, it switches to hands-free voice mode and locks the screen. Do not hold, read or type on your phone while driving. Mount your phone in a cradle within easy reach and use voice only. In the US, federal rules (49 C.F.R. §§ 392.80 and 392.82) and state laws limit phone use by commercial drivers. In Nigeria, the Federal Road Safety Corps prohibits phone use while driving.

3.2Park for the screen. Video visits, assessments, forms and anything else that needs your eyes are available only when you are parked.

3.3Your judgment comes first. If ROADWORTHY suggests a break, a stop or a route, you decide whether it is safe and legal. Never stop in an unsafe place because the app suggested it.

4. Your account

4.1Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

4.2If your fleet invited you, your fleet pays for your plan. If you leave that fleet, your account and record stay with you. You can keep using ROADWORTHY on an individual plan, or join another fleet's plan.

4.3If your fleet gave you a fleet join code, keep it to yourself. It lets drivers see your fleet's truck locations.

4.4Your own plan. If your fleet's plan covers you, you can move up to a higher plan by paying the difference between your fleet's plan and the one you choose. If you don't belong to a fleet, you can buy any plan at its full price. See More → Your plan in the app for prices. Your own plan is between you and us. It renews each month on the card you give us, handled by Stripe (US) or Paystack (Nigeria), until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

4.5Your fleet isn't told. Your fleet does not see whether you bought or upgraded a plan, or which one. Your choice of plan can say something about your health, so we keep it between you and us.

4.6If no plan covers you. You keep the free basics, and you always keep Harbor support, crisis guidance, injury reporting, emergency calling, the motion lock and hands-free mode. If your fleet's payment is late, you stay covered for 7 days, and then you keep at least the Road plan while your fleet sorts it out.

5. Your data and your fleet

5.1Your health record is yours. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who sees it and your choices. Its key promises are:

(a) your fleet sees only office-level totals (never fewer than 10 drivers per group), participation counts, and the injury reports you choose to file;

(b) your fleet never sees your readings, diagnoses, screening results, assessments, journal, conversations or video visits;

(c) the DoktorConnect care team sees your full record only while you have switched that on;

(d) we never sell your data; and

(e) we never access the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

5.2Your fleet has agreed in its contract with us not to use ROADWORTHY in decisions about hiring, firing, discipline, dispatch or pay, and not to require you to take part. If you believe a fleet has broken that promise, tell us at joseph@josmolgroup.com.

6. Video visits and clinical care

6.1Video visits are provided by independently licensed clinicians, not by us. In the US, they are provided through CareClix and its affiliated clinicians. In Nigeria, they are provided by DoktorConnect's doctors, who are registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, from 8 am to midnight, by video or on 0704 770 0006.

6.2The clinician is responsible for your care, and may ask you to agree to their own terms and consent to treatment before the visit. They may decide that a video visit is not right for your problem and refer you elsewhere.

6.3Visits are included in your plan. Prescriptions, tests and in-person care that a clinician recommends are not included unless your plan says so, and are paid as you would normally pay for them.

7. AI features

7.1The Co-Driver, daily pathway, journal reflections, foot and posture pre-screens and some other features use artificial intelligence to write or speak replies. We tell you when you are talking to AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on it for medical decisions, and check anything important with a clinician.

7.2What you say to the Co-Driver is turned into text on your phone, sent to our AI provider to create a reply, and not used by that provider to train its models. Conversation history stays on your phone.

8. Harbor and hard days

8.1Harbor offers support when you are struggling. It is not therapy and not a crisis service. If you are thinking about harming yourself, or you are in danger, call or text 988 in the US (the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 112 or DoktorConnect on 0704 770 0006 in Nigeria.

9. Family check-ins and texts

9.1You can share a Home link with family and add their phone numbers so they get your check-ins. Only add numbers of people who have agreed to hear from ROADWORTHY. Each person can reply STOP to opt out.

9.2If you give us your own number for texts, our SMS program terms at myroadworthiness.com/sms apply. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

10. Devices, insoles and other purchases

10.1You may connect your own Bluetooth devices or buy device kits through ROADWORTHY. Devices are made by their manufacturers, and their warranties and instructions apply. Readings depend on correct use. Not every device is cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration; each product page says which are.

10.2Custom insoles are made and shipped by our partner Fit Step Pro, usually within 14 days. The price, shipping charge and return terms are shown before you pay. Insoles support comfort and alignment; they are not a treatment for a medical condition.

10.3Subscriptions you buy yourself (for example a higher tier) renew automatically each month until you cancel. We show the price and renewal terms before you pay and email you a confirmation. You can cancel any time by emailing joseph@josmolgroup.com, effective at the end of the month you have paid for.

11. Points and rewards

11.1You can earn points for taking part. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not money or a bank account.

11.2In the US, points can be redeemed for the rewards shown in the app, while available. In Nigeria, rewards are coming soon; points you earn are saved. We may change rewards, point values or the program on 30 days' notice in the app. If we end the program, you will have at least 60 days to redeem your points.

11.3Rewards may be taxable income. If your fleet funds them, your fleet may report them to tax authorities.

12. Rules for using ROADWORTHY

You must not: use ROADWORTHY against the law; pretend to be someone else or use another driver's account; try to see another driver's data; interfere with or test the security of ROADWORTHY; copy, resell or reverse-engineer it; post hazard or convoy reports you know to be false; or use it to harass anyone.

13. Our property

ROADWORTHY, its software, content, assessments, exercise programs and brand belong to us or our licensors, including Omega Wellness Center Inc. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use ROADWORTHY while you follow these terms.

14. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

14.1We work hard to keep ROADWORTHY accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms.

14.2To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on the app instead of a clinician or your own judgment. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US $100 (or ₦100,000 in Nigeria).

14.3Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer that cannot be waived.

15. Disagreements

15.1Talk to us first. Email joseph@josmolgroup.com and give us 30 days to try to fix it.

15.2United States. Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts of El Paso County, Texas, unless the law of the state where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

15.3Nigeria. Nigerian law governs these terms for drivers in Nigeria. Disputes may be brought in a competent court in Nigeria, or, if both sides agree, referred to mediation or arbitration in Lagos.

16. Ending your use

16.1You can stop using ROADWORTHY at any time. "Reset this device" (under More) clears your record from your phone. To delete your record from our servers, email joseph@josmolgroup.com and we will do it within 30 days.

16.2We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can. Even then, we will let you download or delete your record, and Harbor and emergency guidance stay available while your account is open.

17. Changes and contact

17.1We may update these terms. We will show you the changes in the app at least 30 days before they apply, unless the change is required by law or is needed to protect drivers' safety or privacy. If you keep using ROADWORTHY after that, the new terms apply.
